A hairdresser I use when I am in the UK suggested Toni and Guy and said he had a friend who moved there from the UK but my experience with T&G in Hong Kong was not good and I ended up with red toned hi-lights and their soloution was not to stand in the light
The massage place doesn't need to be fancy - just good. I go to a place here twice a week and every other week have a back massage to help an old shoulder problem.
I will be living near Orchard/Somerset so ideally somewhere central or close to an MRT so I don't get lost !!!
Any tips would be well received.
