Hi, We are considering a move to either the Nexus or the Tesserina on Bukit Timah Road. Just checking to see if anyone a) lives there and can share their experience of the condo management, like ease of booking facilities, etc... and b) if there are many young kids (age around 5yrs ) in the condo pool/play areas.
