House Contents & Term Life Insurance Needed...

Post by Triplenet » Fri, 01 May 2009 5:54 pm

Can anyone recommend a good broker where I can get some house contents insurance (owned condo) and more importantly a portable, term life and ADP policy. Have a quote from a "Financial Advisor" but seemed smokin high and because of "license" reportedely could only offer one company.

Have some with my current employer but you know what this are worth these days! :???:

Not interested in any whole, investment malarky or financial advice..just a quick, sharp quote from an agent able to access good global underwriters...thanks[/b]

Ooh boy, are you ever going to get inundated with spam :P

But I'll recommend my own insurance agent, a guy called Sng Fook Yuan at PhillipCapital. Not tied to any particularly company (does Aviva, AIG, etc), no pressure, happy to take the time to explain your options, follow up if you have questions, and even recommend against stuff you don't need. Tel. 91477438, fookyuan at singnet.com.sg.

Disclaimer: I have no connection to him other than as a satisfied customer.

And a notice to the baying hounds of insurance agents who lurk on this and all boards: any posted invitations to "mail me" or "call me" will result in you being shot on sight.

If you live in a codominium, you can try calling the management office and ask them for the contact number of their insurance broker. Then call the insurance broker for advice.
