Anybody tried qigong before ? Can you share your thoughts about whether you benefited from qigong?

Where can one find a good qigong master to learn from in Spore?

just go to any parks or east coast park in the morning... you'll see some senior citizens doing... just approach them and say ur interest... most prob freee....
