A bit of side track here. For those working, how would you get a healthy balanced lunch? If I cook meat, wouldn't bacteria start to flourish after 2 hours or so?? Really getting sick of chemically-processed food.

For multi-vitamin, I believe that doing intensive research in health forums and getting suggestions from those health-seekers would help.
Google those forums. Don't get swayed by fanciful words from health ads/websites.

FYI, kyodophilus9 from Nature Farm is a really good Probiotic. I consume it to build up my intestinal flora & kill the bad bacteria whenever I feel like I ate bad food!

Yes I agree that a healthy diet with different kinds of fruits is the fundamental. Makes a great difference how you would feel cutting out all the chemicals & cream.

For good skin health, I eat evening primrose oil and flaxseed oil daily. On the days that I can remember, I take astaxanthin. All these 3 are supposed to be good for the skin.

I did take some expensive Fancl beauty supplements that I got off the internet for 2 months before, but it didn't really do anything for me. Or maybe it was too short to see results.

Have heard that liver support vitamins are also good coz it helps to detox. The Chinese understanding is that bad skin is due to toixins in ur body, so when u detox, u get good skin.

I'm actually more interested in what to eat to prepare my body for pregancy.. am planning to start a family within 2 years and knowing myself, I probably need to take vits for longer than the average lady. Anyone have any good recommendations on what vits to take to facilitate fertility?
