Flour is everywhere (along with Roti) but my personal quest for corn tortillas is starting to consume my every waking hour.

Haven't eaten corn tortillas for a long time so I have to get some soon. Where do you get the best ones? At Carrefour? The tortilla at Plaza Singapura doesn't seem to be too good so I'm gonna try elsewhere.

Nova74 - Are you sure you are not talking about Tortilla Chips? Corn Tortilla are plain and should not be "Hot and Spicy"
