Hi.
Just logged back in and saw there were questions about how foreigners can homeschool here in Singapore. As the MOE told me (over and over again) when I enquired, Singapore doesn't care what foreigners do. There are no requirements, registration or curriculum or otherwise, for foreign homeschooled kids here. You can email the MOE directly and ask yourself, like I did, to verify. But their reasoning was that their compulsory education law doesn't apply to foreigners. So that part is easy at least.
Good luck.
