Condos in the East Coast

Hi, A friend of mine is moving to the East Coast and needs a place to live, not sure of their budget yet, but can anyone give me the names of good condos that are popular for expats in this area?

It's going to be a challenge to implement social distancing at the east coast park.

In fact, I don't see much social distancing everywhere I go.
