Buying a US Power Supply

Post by Jonnyinter » Fri, 24 Apr 2009 12:45 am

Hey guys,

Im planning on building my first pc this summer and was going to get all my parts from an american site (newegg.com). I need a power supply and since Im going to be living in singapore it got me wondering if I needed a transformer or if the power supply I'm thinking about getting works without one.

It's this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6817182032

If you know this will work please tell me and if it can't what kind of transformer would I need, step up or step down? Thank you very much.

Shouldn;t be a problem mate. If you look at
http://tinyurl.com/cxjfx5
It shows the switch between 110 and 220/240 ( the red thing) to the right of the input supply cord.

Cheers
