Let me see... you want to open a bar but are too lazy to actually check with the authorities to see what permits and licenses are required? And too lazy to do your due diligence yourself?
Good luck... you'll need a lot of it.

Good morning first of all. I'm very busy and for this reason I asked if somebody can help me. The business is for my wife which actually is not here in Singapore. As everybody knows in all the world existing the Authorities for the permit etc ans existing also good people that can help others if is possible. Anyway thanks for your post.
What really I want do is to open a lounge bar for the Italian wine (my family produced wine since 3 generations) with traditional italian snack to eat with a right glass of wine. I need somebody to go on my behalf to deal with the Authorities. Thanks

Well you need several permits.
The first permit is to learn how to use a computer and there's these things called search engines.
I don't mind doing ALL the work for you. I only S$50,000 for this service plus a 75% cut in the business as I've done all the work. Does that sound fair?
If you're "too busy" to do it yourself then you have to learn that in business you rarely get something for free. That's a fact of life. Deal with it. If you're too busy now then how in the hell are you going to have the time to run the business. Plus if your wife can't do any of this then how is she going to run the business!
You get nothing when you put nothing in...
Don't p*ss me off! I am running out of places to hide the bodies.
