diplomtic cluse prorated rental fee???

Olaf had left Singapore back to German with the diplomatic clause, I sumitted my claimed to the small claimed court for my prorated rental fees as I did not stay in full month. however I am unable to get back anything as the replied said that the agreement did not spell out prorated rental and I had to pay in full month. So, I told my German friends, OKINATI B stay in full before you leave.
