If it were me I would go ahead with the divorce, if he is not in love with you and you are with him you are just going to get more hurt. It will hurt alot now but be so much more painful down the track.. There are plenty of fish in the sea and you want a good catch.!!! good luck...

After marrying him are you entitled to Singapore citizenship? I suspect there must be some sort of time frame.

Get a good divorce lawyer and find out details on your status in Singapore, and then take him to the cleaners?

Considering that she has been married for one month, I sincerely doubt so. Nonetheless, it would be best to check with a lawyer.

but now i think all gone.....

they say we cannot divorse if less than 3years... am i right??/
but he still want to do it and he want me to be the one to

Of course its all gone, not that I am mean or anything but what kind of world have you been living in where everything is like Disneyland, Hello wake up and smell the coffee!!

Don't beleive a word of your husband, and dont sign anything.

Go get a lawyer who can advise you properly and get your husband to pay for it.

You can't get a divorce till you've been married for three years regardless of the situation, so he can't do anything for a while yet.

Then you have to be able to blame one person - he will need to prove you are impossible to live with. There is no "I just don't love you anymore" here.

And by that time, you will definitely be entitled to money from him, including monthly maintenance if he has been financially supporting you. Normally I don't advocate this kind of thing, but in this case...

He may decide he'd like to see a counsellor and discuss his issues with you once he realises he can't just walk off like that.

As per ALL divorce cases worldwide, seek legal advice.

pragmatically, you should try to get divorced when the opportunity comes.

you don't want to try to think of divorcing when he (accidentally or otherwise) give you a child or else, things would be much more difficult.

pls ask him to file a divorce instead of you if the situation does not improve. if this involves a third party, i guess you can sue him right?
