I have got my in principal EP Pass, but so far I have read it says this doesn't clearify you to enter singaspore and says you need a second visit pass?

is that true? Do you think I have understood in the right way?
What am I supposed to do now?

You just enter on a normal Social Visit Pass. Most countries don't need one before hand but are granted anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months on arrive. You can check with the Singapore Mission in Turkey as to whether they grant visa on arrival:
