Which is probably the cause of it. Most of the time it is. The telco's depend on customers who only sign on the dotted lines after listening (half way) to the sales dummy and are only looking at the bright shiny new phone that was just dangled in front of 'em.QRM wrote: 2. Could be your error, ie you did not read the small print, like offer only valid for a month
In which case the OP has to pay up because she "always believe that SG is really a country where everybody abides the rules!!!"sundaymorningstaple wrote:Which is probably the cause of it. You are probably on the same contract as the mio clan, and haven't had your IDD line configured to digital, for two mobile phones. That is to say if you are using the mobile in your home, you have to connect to the VOIP line, to phone overseas, it just doesn't connect by itself.biyok's gurl wrote:yeah i thought of that at first.
i really understand your points guys.
at first, i thought that i could have misunderstood the retailer's explanation of the said promo.
but i consulted with the other retailers of the same telco, all of them are saying the same thing - with this promo the rate of the IDD = local call which is 0.15/ min as long as i pay an additional of 5.35 monthly.
apart from that, I called the CSR not just once to verify my understanding sa well... all same explanations!!!!! GRRRRR!!
