If I'm not mistaken the amount is 3 million, of which 50% maybe in property. It's been several years since i looked into it for someone else, although now would be the right time to consider, while property prices are down. It should be straight forward enough according to the paper work.
If you visit you can always have a chat with them at the office.

But you a.so might want to keep an eye on the current dialog between governments regarding extradition and the banking industry regarding the ongoing open case with the military overflight/training facility that's been in the news for quite a while as well. Don't know how that is going to affect Indonesian/Singaporean cross border investments in the future.

Thanks guys, much appreciated it. :)

I was told by an economic development board EDB agent at jakarta office that GIP can be done with between 1,5~2 mill SGD investments, perhaps the amount have now increased? but haven't any further info.

I have scheduled for a visit soon, hope to obtain as much info during that visit.
