I'm 30 years old and have cca. 3 years of experience in software development in telecom industry (major company in Eastern Europe), and 6 years of overall programming experience. I'm about to start looking for a position in Singapore. Are job sites such as monster any good? How about recruiting companies? Are there at all any companies that hire non-Singaporeans this way?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
