Visiting Cyclist needs help..

Hi , I'm a middle aged Ozzie male, who is arriving in Singapore, Changi Airport, on the 21st. April, next Tuesday... for about a week...
I am bringing my R18 Moulton, and would like to ride the roads with a local?
Also need cheap accomodation / backpackers, or a floor to sleep on...
Hope someone can help with this. thanks.
