Living on a boat in Singapore?

Post by bebev » Thu, 09 Apr 2009 3:37 pm

Hello!

I'm a gal from the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm wondering how possible it is to rent a boat to live in in Singapore. It's not an unusual thing in the Bay Area.

Does anyone know any yacht/boat owners who might be interested in renting out a room on her/his boat?

Leigh

For house boats, you may contact One degre 15 Marina Club. They rent out rooms on their house boats.

Hello Kiran!

I tried to go on your website but somehow can't.

As for One 15 Marina Club. I called them and they said they only rent out their houseboats on a daily basis. I'm looking for a short or long term lease.

Do you happen to know other yacht owners who might be interested in renting out their boats? I welcome a live-work arrangement too! :)

Thanks for your time!

There's a company called Fairline Boats, their office, if I recall correctly, is located in a building called the Central. Try checking with them, do yachts and the likes of.
