Recommended graphic design agency or freelancer?

I work for a financial services business group, based here in Singapore, and we are currently looking to engage a new Graphic Design Agency or Freelancer. I've found it incredibly difficult over the past few years to find someone with excellent design, as well as communication, skills.

I'd be most appreciative to hear of any designers you may recommend.

I've been reasonably happy with these guys:

Their designers are based in India, but they have a local Singapore presence as well. Tell 'em the guy from Wikitravel sent you (...and no, I don't get any commissions, just haven't had any work for them in a while...)
