HIV/TB tests clinic advice

Post by gamelan » Wed, 08 Apr 2009 10:32 pm

Hi all,
I need to do HIV/TB tests for PR and looking for clinic/hospital that can give the results back the quickest (1-2 days). I called Raffles Hospital and the person told me 1 week... ? I've heard they can do faster.

Thank you

Blood test and chest x-ray

Post by coolbananas » Fri, 17 Apr 2009 4:24 pm

Hi there,

You may want to try a neighbourhood clinic instead of a hospital. I did mine in Marine Parade and got my results within 3 working days. My chest x-ray was done in ang mo kio and I requested immediate result(I had to wait about half an hour). The other option was for them to send it to my doctor which would have taken another 2 days.
