Insurance Bond - where i can purchase insurance bond for 20K

And would like to know is it difficult to get the certificate of employment agency? I mean are the Module A & B tests difficult? Do I really need to go thru the course in the class or I can just take the exam will do?

does any1 know who sells insurance bonds? I rang a few insurance companies & enquired about insurance bond... they all went "blank" like never heard of it.
