Ask AIR STEWARDESS:how can fly w/o dropsy problem in face?

any air stewardness can help? everytime i fly, i find my face very dry, and always comes dropsy, it appearantly much larger than i should,
how come? ><> how solve?

regular application with a good moisturizer, drink plain water only. nothing more you can do.

As far as I’m aware, they ask for birth certificate or household registers, not both.

I’m not sure if providing a household register was an option...
