S-Pass Employer Transfer

Post by chords_1114 » Sun, 05 Apr 2009 1:36 am

My contract with my company will end this june, when i quit surely they will cancel my pass... but my S-Pass will expired on Feb2010. If i find new employer before my contract end, is it possible that my new employer can do transfer of my Spass? or my new employer need to re-apply me again new S-Pass permit from the MOM?

S passes are always issued to the employer so the old employer must cancel the pass and the new employer must apply for a new pass.

Make sure that your new employer can actually get an S-pass because there is a quota for S-pass. Not more than 25 percent of a company's workers can be S-pass. So, if a company has 12 workers and 3 are S-pass, you will not get an S-pass because you would cause the percentage to exceed 25 percent.
