Newer Condos in Bishan / Toa Payoh?

Does anyone have a recommendation for condos to look at in Bishan or Toa Payoh? I am looking for a 4+1 unit in a condo that is no more than a couple of years old. We used to live in Butterworth 8 (Katong) and loved it, but now we are thinking to move somewhere that is as convenient as possible (and here it comes

) between Bukit Tinggi (German School) and my husbands office near Mcpherson / Aljunied Rd. Any suggestions?

Having lived in both newer ( 15 years). Here's some disadvantages of older homes:

- Pest problems (as share by one of the posters)
Had a scare...

Yes proper maid room and tennis courts..
with newer condos there aren't always tennis courts.
