PR Application Result - Come back for Interview

i applied first week of February 2009. untill now , no news. will be bad news ? cos some people get the letter even for an interview, and some people get the letter to do medical check up. Why i don't get anything?

Did you call up ICA and ask for the status?

no i hav't called yet. cos i don't want to distrub them. cos some people say that don't distrub their work by keep calling up. it should be able to check the statas by internet access.

Whats with all these calls disturbing them. Juz give them a call like i did.....Check online? Didnt know there is such service

Hi,

Its been almost 2 months since I applied for PR.
The status is still undre processing..Is this normal from ICA..
Is it possible they might reject the application after such a long hold??
I am really crossed .. Looking forward to be a SPR..
Anyone has any comment ??

As stated in the ICA website, the processing time is on average of 3 months.

Someone i know from one country had to wait for 6 months before he's approved for his SPR although he's been working for many years in Singapore.

Other citizenship only need to wait for 2 months for approval.

Am still waiting for my PR application status..APplied on March 31...Pray hard on May 30.. i got the status...

I was calling ICA today and a pre-recorded message says that to check application status, please ......to the website.....

But i didnt found any on the website to check on application status for PR.

hi,what did u apply as......was it through spouse aponsorship or through employment?Was it in this 2009?
