Corporate Resolutions- any docs to download

Post by David-asia » Sun, 29 Mar 2009 10:41 pm

Does anyone have any links to where you can download the standard corporate resolutions that are often drafted?

EG. Resolution to open a bank account, change accounting periods etc.??
The service company handling my secretarial services wants a fee to write up each one.

Thanks,

David

I'm not aware of any docs to download. I could send you a sample I suppose.

But, how will this affect your relationship with your secretarial service? I pay a fixed rate for resolutions and keeping of records.

If you create your own resolutions your secretary may object to language and form.

By fixed rate do you mean fixed yearly fee? or per resolution?

Yeah, figured i am getting the shaft, paid a little less for this service to get started, but looks like I will have to pay for more stuff after the initial 1 bank and first resolutions.

I found some docs that I hope they accept, seem to be a pretty standard set of documents. If anyone needs a bank or brokerage account resolution let me know.

b) TWO signatures for cheque amount above $20,000

2. The resolutions in the standard form of UOB shall be part of this resolution.
