If you only have a diploma, you might get 1500/month. But that's only if you can speak English.

How about an accounting graduate (degree) with 1 year experience? what's the range of the salary?and the percentage that i can get a job if ever i'll go there. Thanks for any answer. really appreciate it. :0

Depending on where you are from originally and with whom & where you got your experience, $1500-$3000. At the moment though probably $1500-2000 as you are competing with freshers from the local university who will be better versed with local accounting culture than you will so will need less "retraining". This is especially true in view of the current world economy where most countries are trying to look out for their own citizens first. The MOM here is still the final arbitrator when trying to secure employment passes. It's up to the company to try to convince the MOM WHY they need to hire a foreigner, especially when there are lots available locally.
