Has anyone seen these anywhere in Singapore? I had seen them in Taiwan, so if anyone can point me to a specific mall or store, would appreciate it!

I saw some at Takashimaya a few weeks ago. Not near the Henckels, but closer to the other kitchen gadgets.

And Pantry Magic at Holland Village promotes itself as a world class store for serious cooks. I don't know if they have them, but it might be worth a phone call.

they have them in department stores like tangs, robinsons, takashimaya. the most common brand is one called kyocera - failing which they're available from the distributor called razorsharp. google it - they hv a website
