Travelling to New York city

Post by brifusg » Tue, 24 Mar 2009 9:16 pm

Hi New Yorkers,

Hope I could get some advices from you. Plan to visit NYC end Apr. My question is that how cold it is in end Apr? At the moment is very cold (to me) at about 0 C degree...If I want to avoid the cold, when is the soonest I can visit NYC as I would like to go there asap.

Thanks a lot!

Lucky. Lucky. Lucky.

And did I mention? Lucky!

Lots of good places to surf on New York weather. Try wikitravel, nytimes, weather.com and others. The weather then is unpredictable, could be in the 40s (F) could be in the 90s.

Is not that cold right now....

Maybe cuz global warming...usually is a little colder...

NY people...some of them really nice...but some of them really arrogant..cuz they believe they live in big country ....they dont care about people from outsider...

Good Luck....

Ps! But is depend on you too..if you are a friendly guy..so you dont need to worry...u will be ok...

more worry if u are a tough guy...dont play hero...true hero not seeking after trouble...

Have a nice trip... :D

To me the best, best, best time to be in New York City is in June or end of September - after living there for almost 10 years I can wholeheartedly say those were my favorite months weather-wise. April (or even beginning of May) can be tricky - it can be 75 and sunny one day and really cold/rainy the next. Though who knows with global warming right? :o
