Dream Clinic

Post by graysnow » Sun, 22 Mar 2009 11:35 pm

Hi

I would like to check whether anyone out there went to Dream Clinic in Korea for surgery? Any comment on the skill of the doctor etc? I heard that they are also very good. I sent an email to them but they did not reply. Any comment would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Yes I had my revisional eyelids there more than a month ago, I had revision eyelids due to my fold being unstable due to the lost of fat in aging ( so I also had fat injection on the lids). I would advise you and anyone here not to ever consider this clinic. My scar is huge - black and red, the fold is so tight it sticks together like an elastic band and it's so so so deep, in fact I had blood seeping through at the surgery time ( and I could feel every bit of the cut and hurted like crazy during the surgery ). The doc said it's because of the fat injection but it's not all that possible as I have went through open technique incision before and the scarring was minimal with very few days of recovery time. Worse thing was my eye shape had also changed - I don't know how he can ever do that, but the whole angle of how my eyes open is different - not for the better but for worse. Even if the scarring, and the tightness can ever improve, my eye shape is definitely weird and i so regret for going to that clinic

I am thinking about taking out my incisions entirely when i can as I can already tell this is a botched job . Anyone have their stitches taken out and leaving they eyes to recover by just using tapes in the meantime?

If you wish for more info, pls PM me

Hi Bettyw,

I'm also very keen to go to korea for PS. Read some of other post from PS abroad that this clinic was good but none of them post the experience. Actually i have been considering to go BK or Dream. However i tried to email Dream but their email doesnt seem to work.

I feel so sorry for you to have such a bad experience with them. Do you mind sharing more of your experience with me? As i really want to go korea for PS surgery but not knowing which clinic is good. And im really afraid to have choose the wrong one.

Do you mind adding me in msn and we can further discuss over there?

Hey Betty

I dropped you a PM but I'm so sorry to hear about your terrible eyelid surgery in Korea. It seems the doc may have performed Epi on you (either lateral or magic epi, maybe both) were you aware that he was going to do this procedure? If he just sprang it on you, that would be really unprofessional.

If you want to talk about it or air your grievances about him, please don't hesitate to PM me.

Dream Surgery Experience

Post by kurikura » Sun, 26 Jul 2009 8:34 am

Hi everyone,

stumbled onto this thread when researching more about Dream Surgery. I am going to Korea in October and planning to have lower blepharoplasty, fat injections and breast augmentation there. Now that I've read about the botched eyelid surgery I'm not sure whether I should have my procedures there anymore....anyone else had good/bad experience with Dream?

bettyw, any improvement on your situation? Can you give me more details of who your doctor was? Did they respond to your complain?

worried,

Claire
