For the record, however, Edward Baker was killed in action at the Battle of Ball's Bluff on 22nd October, 1861 in the US Civil War. He was also a senator from Illinois and a friend of Lincoln. Now he's been killed again in the battle of SingaporeExpats vrs. Spammers Int'l so again he loses.
