Bad experience with interior design firm/contractor

Post by jacole » Thu, 19 Mar 2009 7:36 pm

my huband and I signed up our ID with XXX Queensway shopping center. We are very disppointed with their bad service, workmanship and irresponsible staff. The designer (Albert) left the job halfway to us and we have to cooridnate with the contractor in the end - imagine it is just few weeks to our wedding. In the end our house is not done even after our wedding date!
The designer basically become incontactable and refused to answer our calls. Rightnow, our bathroom's wall tiles are full of cracks, the kitchen's solid surface is full of scratches and even the sink's rack is not delivered. imagined we are now 4 mths married. Now we he continued to refused to reply our sms-es and phone calls.

Four or five questions.

Was the contractor a Radac registered renovation contractor?

If so, why are you here? Take it up with Radac. That's what they are for.

If not, why not. Have you taken legal action against this shop?

If not, why are you jeopardizing your case by posting here?

If so, has the claim been found in your favour?

If so, and found in your favour no problems. Just let the reader know. Otherwise, do not name & shame unless you have "Legal" proof.

Albert! I hope its not Prince Albert of Afghanistan, i told him to keep away from those designer jobs in apartments and stick to the tents, when i last spoke to him in Sim Lim he's never laid tiles before, but he was sure he could do it   We call them cowboys in the wild wild west, the UK is full of them
