Hi, my family and I are moving out to Singapore in May. I am a bit confused - I have asked my GP for copies of our medical notes to bring with us and am being asked if a summary of them is Ok or do I need copies of all of them? HELP! I really don't know and can't seem to find the answer anywhere.
Also I am on regular prescription drugs can I bring in a months supply of these?
Would appreciate your answers

I am not a doctor, but if you do visit the doctor in SG or anywhere else, they will probably want to have some background of your medical history and medical prescription that you have been treated before. If you have any medical report or x rays or scan result, you might want to bring them along, as it will probably help.
But do note that if you are bringing copies of doctors note, make sure that it is legible.
As to the drugs you can bring you, please check out the customs website for info.

Advice
Hi,
I have a friend who just move to Singapore not long ago. They sent a copy of their medical records to Emedihub. Emedihub is singapore based and have their own medical database system so whenever you want to consult a doctor, they can retrieve for you and provide a list of doctors specialise in that area. you can save the trouble of bringing yr own medical records or risk loosing it.
Their website: www.emedihub.com
Hope my advice can be of some help
Cheers
