hmmm not too sure abt cupcakes but the muffins at chocz & spice (tanjong pagar plaza) are simply divine

I know this may sound crazy but each time I place an order I would get 3 dozens at one go! Haha. Oh well, my family loves them!

marmalade pantry at palais renaissance (basement if i'm not wrong). they are the same people who set up toast? palais renaissance is beside isetan @ scotts road, orchard

the mango cookie and cupcakes (lemaon, nutella) are good!

Love the ones at Hatched on Evans Road but only 1 or 2 kinds.

a couple of muffin / cup cake stalls in amoy street food court (both been featured in local food press)

usual choc / fruit combos...i dont think they have toppings

What kind of cupcakes are you looking for? Chocolate/plain/fruit-filled? My favourite ones are still Da Paolo Gastronomia (they have several branches island-wide) and Toast by Marmalade Group at Ngee Ann City. The latter has divine cupcakes! From rose lychee to Elvis
(peanut butter banana) to Nutella etc.. They sell out quite quickly but replenish at about 4 pm daily! You gotta try them!!!
