Unfortunately it has to be food & beverages, I was not going to charge a fee, but a percentage of sales, over the 3 months, basically the idea is to give someone a chance to realise their potential as a retailer after 3 months it would have been a very good experience for them.
It's not our main focus area, because we are importers & distributors, but it would give an enthusiastic potential retailer first hand experience of retail work of a different segment than local. From the heartland, to Orchard Rd is quite a difference, that many couldn't afford, so no fixed fee, we pay the fees, and discuss the terms on percentage of sales.
It doesn't have to be organic, but health related food and beverage's
