Furniture Shop at IFC

Anyone thinking of buying furniture from this shop (co****y style...) better think twice. Recently bought from them and when they delivered i realise the workmanship is really very BAD!! different from what you see in the showroom, painting uneven, crack lines are obvious.
What really pisses me of is their bloody attitude. When I complain to them about the "defects" they told me there's nothing they can do..their quality is like that...thats what you get for paying peanuts. For your info their furniture is not that cheap. Oh ya their salesman even screamed at us!! Is the service so bad here in Singapore?

Sounds like you got Singapore's version of good service. Bad service here usually entails getting beat up by the staff like what has happened several times at Sim Lim Tower..
