PR? EP??

Hi,

I am a Singapore Citizen and my fiance is European. I was just wondering if there is any possible way to make him stay in Singapore from April till June because we're having our ROM in June. After that I was thinking of applying PR for him so that he can find a job easily. Is there any other way or any agencies that help foreigners to find a job in Singapore? If it is possible it would be awesome if he can get a job in April so he can be on Employment Pass / etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

depending on which european country he is from, he should get 90 days social visit visa. as for a jobs, if he is a brain surgeon or cold fusion scientist or a banker that will make lots of money, then he should have no problemo in getting a job. you dont need to be a PR to get a job in singapore.

Thanks for the prompt reply! He is Italian, so will his social visit pass be valid for 90 days? I was wondering if it is easier to find a job whilst he is in his home country or whilst he is here? Are there any agencies which aid foreigners in landing a job? Thank you.

You might wanna check out recruitment agencies. They usually work with bigger companies who are more open in hiring expats.

it's all about skills. what skills can he offer singapore that a local cant do? is his skills unique? can he make profile from minibond?
