I recently have a very bad experience while trying to plan my son birthday party. He recently turn two and I was determined to give him the best party ever. I searched the web and come upon a certain company, I was initially really impresses with the pictures of their creations, and went ahead to place orders for his birthday parties. I specifically asked for their 3D cartoons cupcakes but was totally disappointed when i received them. They didn't look at all like the ones in their website. When I tried to contact them subsequently via emails, sms etc. I got no reply. It was really frustrating as i end up having to get a replacement cake. Mind it was a very expansive experience.
I just want to advice parents to be more careful when placing orders on the internet, to have a sample testing before the big day and to stick to more reliable establishments.
