Great idea to have something at last like this in Singapore. Might also be good to include a toy swap area where parents can swap with other parents. Also you may want to reconsider some of the pricing. Some items such as the side by side kitchen cost 10% of the retail price, other like the Tykes 5 in 1 gym cost closer to 35%. Of course for lower priced goods you still need a minimum but you may want to consider packaging up lower priced/smaller toys into bundles to increase their perceived value.
Anyway, I wish you all the best. well done for implementing your idea rather than just sitting around talking about them which most of us do!
