salary rate for secretary/pa

hi, i would like to ask if anybody knows about the salary rate for a secretary/pa working under a bank? i just landed a new job as secretary/pa for a financial control head here in the middle east, and i was thinking how much years do i need for experience to qualify for a good salary there in sg? thanks a lot, all the info appreciated..

plus my epec application just got rejected, this makes me a little nervous because even if I acquire higher education here in bahrain under banking and finance, this country is not in one of the countries credited by epec standards..
