opinion on singapore employment

i came to singapore a week ago to try my luck to find a job in the marketing field. what are the odds of me finding a job and how long would it probably take me to find work?

Do you have any idea how long it will take the current economic mess to straighten out? Neither do we. It's doubtful you will find an job as the fact that you came here cold without contact, network, job offer or anything else tells me you don't have too much on the ball. Not sure you are that good at marketing as you haven't done your homework in the demographic you want to sell too or keep abreast of the news that could impact your ability to market anything at all.

your odds are not good, and it might take between 2 to 6 months for you to possibly find work (I'm guessing, it's just a random interval :D)

please try to find work before you even come to the country

unless you are very good in marketing and can market minibond to the nation as the best investment since slice bread, then you will find a job in no time.
