I have had an unusual amount of cockroaches in the kitchen and got the pest controllers out. They took one look in the bin shoot and discovered eggs all around the walls of the shoot. According to them the shoot should be washed out everyday by the cleaners. They are supposed to release water that's stored in the roof space that flushes through the shoot to clean them According to my helper this was done on a daily basis at her previous employers condo.
I have spoken to neighbours and they are also experiencing problems.
Of course we have approached management about this but they are as helpful as always, not.
So if anyone could give me a starting point I would appreciate it, otherwise I will no doubt spend countless hours on the phone speaking to people who don't have a clue what I'm on about giving me numbers to call that have no relevance to my problem.
