S pass and EP application's always rejected

Post by ydnerendy » Wed, 25 Feb 2009 9:25 am

I want to ask about my issues.

My application always got rejected and i don't know why.
I had apply for 3 work pass in 3 different companies and all of them were rejected.

2 previous applications was s pass and was rejected because the company quota and MOM officer said that there is no problem about my application.I submitted the appeal application and before got the result i moved to the other company because i heard that it is no use to appeal if the problem because of company quota.

And at the new company i applied for spass and also got rejected then tried apply for EP also got rejected but i haven't ask to the MOM officer what is the problems.

I intending to submit appeal form and what is the chance?
My company also intends to apply by "trechment" scheme (i don't know how spelling the term) or in other words to apply under other company names if my appeal application got rejected. And what is the chance if applying under this scheme?

I've been working in Singapore for 1.8 years and my 1st work pass was training pass for 1.6 years and after that i convert it to EP and i was holding EP for 2 months before i canceled it because of laid off. It is could be the reason because i am only holding EP for 2 months and after that i want to apply another one?

Thanks in advance if anyone can answers because for this 3 months i always changed the company because the pass got rejected.

The fact that nobody answers means that:

a) Nobody really understands the questions you asked (I don't).

b) Nobody knows the answers if they do understand the question.

Once, probably yes, but expect Immigration to start looking at you very suspiciously if you keep doing that.
