Anyone know how to travel from Singapore to Johor
AFTER MIDNIGHT?
A friend wants to visit Singapore but does not actually want to stay in Singapore due to its overpriced hotels. He wants to stay in Johor. I told him there is a bus. But after midnight I don't think there is?

You can catch the Malaysian cabs at Ban San street near Jalan Besar. The taxi's are yellow in color.

Can't walk across the Causeway anymore since the Malaysia CIQ was shifted to Bukit Ulu-Ulu...

A couple of kilometers by motorcycle. Streets fenced in all the way.

There is local taxi service just from SG custom to JB.. but price aint cheap.. Rather suggest your frd to stay in SG hotel instead.. JB night time is really not safe......

More than 1 km by road, I think, since it's all twisty... and there's absolutely zero space for pedestrians to walk on the Malaysian side!

I passed JB's woodlands custom few weeks ago. Pedestrians no longer allowed to cross it. I guess it will be much better for your friend to overnight in singapore as JB isnt save at night. There are many budget hotel out there.
I aware that baby stuff is cheaper there, however unsure how much cheaper compare with here. Very seldom visit any hypermarket in JB
