Star hub, Singtel public phone..........

Last time, I quite often using the public phone...as my SIM card is a prepaid one..so it is quite often insufficient of balance.Star hub is one of the public phone that I use for making a call. I found out that there is no return of coin after being inserted in to the phone box while I can not even make a call.

Singtel public phone has the same problem....

the think is that for star hub public phone I could not even make a call after I inserted the coin...

for singtel public phone....there is no return coin..even there is still certain amount $ remain....

the other public phone is coin phone...similar also...
