The good news is people have done it and it means there is a demand for the products, like what you have anticipated too...that's why you wanted to start a business on it, right?

The bad news is, these folks are your competitors and they have learned to survive in the harsh market condition.

However, I always believe that if you presevere, you will slowly see result and grow a decent business out of it.

Business fails not because of bad product, only because of lazy boss.
