Really need help-regulation for marriage expats in singapore

first of all my name in desi, am a s pass holder in Singapore. i have boy friend (European) and we are about to build family in singapore.
but our marriage process is not in singapore, it will be in my country indonesia.
what i want to know, after our marriage. we about to live in singapore, am having a job in here and also my husband. could u pls inform me the regulation in singapore in terms of our condition, do we need to apply ROM? what is our right and responsibilities in singapore.
