Costs of education and car rental

Hi,

I will soon be moving to Singapore for a temporary assignment.

My company is intending to provide me with S$16000 for education for my children (each child 8,000).

Is that considered good and enough for the International Schools in SG ? My kids are 3 & 6 years old.

Same question for car rental, does 2000 S$ enough for a 1.6 family car (Toyota Corolla for example) ?

Should I be satisfied or request more?
