Hi All! I was wondering if anyone knew or could recommend a good marriage counselor? would prefer a non-local counselor or someone with a foreign counseling degree.

Thank you so much for responding to my query and have forwarded the information to my friend.

with regard to the ethnic background/citizenship, I think they are open to someone with a more western education and experience..so it does not matter if they are from malaysia, or the Philippines as long as the cultural understanding is present. Thank you.
