Voltage in Singapore / electrical appliances from Switzerlan

Post by Gringo » Sun, 08 Feb 2009 5:56 am

Can anybody tell me whether we can use our electrical appliances from Switzerland (coffee machine, toaster, TV, stereo, PC, Laptop etc.) in Singapore without using a transformer and without damaging them ?
Thanks for your help !

if your electrical appliances are running at 220-240V at 50Hz, then it should be OK. the plugs used is type G. TV is PAL.

you won't have any problems, you will just need to change the plugs.... we are doing the same (we are moving from Switzerland to Singapore this week)
